Pineapple Coconut Spritz
Ingredients
- ½ cup Stella Rosa® Pineapple Wine
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 Tbsp coconut rum
- 1 Tbsp cream of coconut
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: orange slice and shaved coconut
Instructions
- Add wine, juice, rum, cream of coconut, and ice to fill a cocktail shaker half full. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
- Garnish, if desired.
