Pineapple Mango Wine Cooler
Ingredients
- ½ cup cubed mango
- ½ cup Stella Rosa® Pineapple Wine
- 3 Tbsp brandy
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: mango slice and lime slice
Instructions
- Process mango in a blender until smooth.
- Add wine, brandy, lime juice, 1 Tbsp mango puree, and ice to fill a cocktail shaker half full. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
- Garnish, if desired.
