Pineapple Mango Wine Cooler

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cubed mango
  • ½ cup Stella Rosa® Pineapple Wine
  • 3 Tbsp brandy
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: mango slice and lime slice

Instructions

  1. Process mango in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add wine, brandy, lime juice, 1 Tbsp mango puree, and ice to fill a cocktail shaker half full. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish, if desired.
