Hiyayakko Tofu

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Mizkan® Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 (12-oz) pkg silken tofu
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, ponzu, and sugar in a small bowl.
- Carefully wrap tofu in paper towels to absorb excess moisture; let stand 10 minutes.
- Unwrap tofu and cut into 4 blocks. Divide tofu among 4 plates. Top with ginger, green onion, and sesame seeds; drizzle with sauce.
