Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mizkan® Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg silken tofu
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, ponzu, and sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Carefully wrap tofu in paper towels to absorb excess moisture; let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Unwrap tofu and cut into 4 blocks. Divide tofu among 4 plates. Top with ginger, green onion, and sesame seeds; drizzle with sauce.
