Ingredients

  • 4 lb chicken wings
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups less sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
  • ½ cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Combine wings, cilantro, oil, honey, red pepper, and garlic in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker, tossing to coat. Add broth, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 5 hours. Sprinkle with green onions.

  1. Whisk together orange juice, oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add spinach, celery, and apples; toss.
