Ingredients
- 6 ciabatta rolls
- 6 oz ⅓ less fat cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8-oz) jar sun dried tomatoes
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1½ cups arugula
Instructions
- Toast ciabatta rolls.
- Meanwhile, stir together cream cheese, basil, and garlic.
- Drain ¼ cup oil from sun-dried tomatoes. Toss together oil and chicken in a bowl.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on rolls. Top with arugula, chicken mixture, 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, and roll tops.
