Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
- 3½ lb ground beef
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1½ tsp pepper
- 10 slices Cheddar cheese
- 10 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 10 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
- Stir together beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape mixture into 10 patties.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill patties, covered, 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; let stand 1 minute.
- Spread mayonnaise on buns. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and bacon.
