Grilled Basil-Garlic Butter Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 10 ears corn, shucked

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Stir together butter, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Tear foil into 10 (12-x 10-inch) rectangles. Spread butter mixture on foil the length and width of each ear of corn. Wrap foil around corn, folding down edges and twisting ends to seal.
  3. Grill corn, covered, 10 to 15 minutes, turning often, until corn is tender.
