Tarragon Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh tarragon, minced
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 20 slices white bread
Instructions
- Beat first 9 ingredients together in a large bowl with a mixer at medium-low speed until blended.
- Spread chicken salad on one side of half of bread slices. Cover with remaining bread to make sandwiches. Remove crusts, if preferred.
