Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 burrito size, low carb, whole wheat tortillas
- ¼ lb deli sliced less sodium turkey
- ¼ lb deli sliced less sodium ham
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
- 1½ Tbsp butter
- 6 Tbsp Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Top one side of each tortilla with bacon, turkey, ham, and cheese. Fold tortillas in half.
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add 2 quesadillas to skillet. Cook 4 minutes per side or until golden brown; repeat with remaining ½ Tbsp butter and quesadilla. Serve with Ranch dressing.

- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ½ cup chopped dill pickle chips
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp honey
Side Dish Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
