Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ (7.5-oz) container garlic and herb whipped cream cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ (5-oz) container baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
  3. Add tomatoes, and cook 3 minutes or until softened. Add cream cheese and broth; cook, stirring, until slightly thickened.
  4. Add pasta and spinach to skillet, tossing to wilt spinach and coat pasta with sauce. Sprinkle with bacon.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (4-count) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Unroll dough on a flat surface; roll into crescents according to package directions, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  2. Brush rolls with butter and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake according to package directions.
