Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ½ (7.5-oz) container garlic and herb whipped cream cheese
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ (5-oz) container baby spinach
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Add tomatoes, and cook 3 minutes or until softened. Add cream cheese and broth; cook, stirring, until slightly thickened.
- Add pasta and spinach to skillet, tossing to wilt spinach and coat pasta with sauce. Sprinkle with bacon.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (4-count) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Unroll dough on a flat surface; roll into crescents according to package directions, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Brush rolls with butter and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake according to package directions.
