Ingredients

  • 2 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 2 (16-oz) pkg seasoned and fully cooked pulled pork with sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat potatoes and pulled pork according to package directions.
  2. Layer potatoes, saucy pulled pork, and cheese in each bowl. Top with onions and sour cream.

  • 1 (15-oz) round bakery cornbread
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup honey

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat cornbread in microwave just before serving. Serve with butter and honey.
