Steak Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 (18-oz) pkg frozen sticky white rice
- 1½ lb top sirloin steak, cut into ½-inch chunks
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil, divided
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen deluxe stir fry mix, thawed
- ¼ cup soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook steak in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and done. Remove from skillet.
- Cook eggs in 1 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until eggs are scrambled. Remove from skillet.
- Cook rice, onions, and vegetables in 1 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet over medium-high heat, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, steak, and scrambled eggs; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg refrigerated won ton wrappers
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange won ton wrappers in a single layer on baking sheets; coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
