Steak Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 (18-oz) pkg frozen sticky white rice
  • 1½ lb top sirloin steak, cut into ½-inch chunks
  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil, divided
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen deluxe stir fry mix, thawed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook steak in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and done. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cook eggs in 1 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until eggs are scrambled. Remove from skillet.
  4. Cook rice, onions, and vegetables in 1 Tbsp hot oil in same skillet over medium-high heat, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, steak, and scrambled eggs; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg refrigerated won ton wrappers
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange won ton wrappers in a single layer on baking sheets; coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
  2. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
