Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 12 slices sandwich bread
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen grilled and ready chicken breasts strips, thawed
  • 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup hamburger dill chips
  • ½ cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise over one side of each slice of bread. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
  2. Layer chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and pickles over half of bread. Cover with remaining bread, cheese side down.
  3. Spread softened butter over outsides of sandwiches. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.

  • 2 (6-oz) pkg sweet potato chips
  • 1 lb seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve chips and grapes on each plate.
