Chicken and Vegetable Tortellini

Ingredients

  • 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • 2 (14.5-oz) cans diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning
  • 1 (8.1-oz) jar sundried tomato pesto
  • 1 (1.37-lb) pkg frozen oven roasted diced chicken, thawed

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain, and return to pot.
  2. Meanwhile, microwave vegetables according to package directions; add to tortellini along with tomatoes, pesto, and chicken.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
