Quick and Easy Taco Nachos

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 (1.25-oz) envelopes taco seasoning
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 (11-oz) bag tortilla chips
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 (8-oz) bottle taco sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) carton guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
  2. Add seasoning and water; cook until mixture is thickened.
  3. Arrange chips on a large rimmed baking sheet; top with beef and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Top nachos with lettuce, taco sauce, sour cream, and guacamole.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ tsp chili powder

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
