Quick and Easy Taco Nachos
Smoky Ranch Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 (1.25-oz) envelopes taco seasoning
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 (11-oz) bag tortilla chips
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 (8-oz) bottle taco sauce
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) carton guacamole
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Add seasoning and water; cook until mixture is thickened.
- Arrange chips on a large rimmed baking sheet; top with beef and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top nachos with lettuce, taco sauce, sour cream, and guacamole.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- ½ tsp chili powder
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
