Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups crushed corn flakes cereal
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¾ cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a wire rack on a large rimmed baking sheet. Toss together chicken and flour until coated.
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Combine cereal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  3. Working in batches, dip chicken in egg mixture, letting excess drain off; dredge in cereal mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place chicken on prepared pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through baking.
  4. Combine barbecue sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve chicken with sauce.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bread in half lengthwise; drizzle with oil. Bake 5 minutes or until toasted.
  2. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Toss with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
