Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups crushed corn flakes cereal
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¾ cup barbecue sauce
- 3 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a wire rack on a large rimmed baking sheet. Toss together chicken and flour until coated.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl. Combine cereal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Working in batches, dip chicken in egg mixture, letting excess drain off; dredge in cereal mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place chicken on prepared pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through baking.
- Combine barbecue sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve chicken with sauce.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bread in half lengthwise; drizzle with oil. Bake 5 minutes or until toasted.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Toss with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
