Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add gnocchi, spreading in a single layer in skillet. Cook 8 minutes until crisp and tender, turning to brown on all sides.
- Add garlic, broccoli, and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
