Grilled Burgers over White Barbecue Slaw

Ingredients

  • 5 cups tricolor coleslaw
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place coleslaw in a bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add ½ cup sauce to coleslaw, reserving 2 Tbsp to use later. Stir well to coat, and let stand.
  2. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Combine beef and seasoning; shape into 6 patties. Cook 7 to 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  3. Serve burgers over slaw, and drizzle each serving with ½ Tbsp sauce.
