Grilled Burgers over White Barbecue Slaw

Ingredients
- 5 cups tricolor coleslaw
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
- Place coleslaw in a bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add ½ cup sauce to coleslaw, reserving 2 Tbsp to use later. Stir well to coat, and let stand.
- Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Combine beef and seasoning; shape into 6 patties. Cook 7 to 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Serve burgers over slaw, and drizzle each serving with ½ Tbsp sauce.
