Grouper with Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) grouper fillets
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt 
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp minced capers
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Brush fish with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook fish, in batches if necessary, in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
  3. Stir together yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, capers, and dill. Serve with fish.

  • 2 lb Broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook Broccolini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute. Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes or until water evaporates and Broccolini is tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
