Ingredients
- ½ lb ground round
- 1 oz Gouda cheese, cut into 2 equal pieces
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 hamburger buns
- 1 cup organic baby arugula
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Shape beef into 2 balls; place 1 portion of cheese in center of each ball, and press to make a ½-inch-thick patty. Sprinkle burgers with salt and pepper.
- Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill onion slices, covered, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Spread mustard on buns; serve burgers on buns with onion and arugula.

- 1 organic russet potato, cut into wedges
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potato with oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; place on a rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until potato wedges are browned and tender.
