Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground round
  • 1 oz Gouda cheese, cut into 2 equal pieces
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup organic baby arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Shape beef into 2 balls; place 1 portion of cheese in center of each ball, and press to make a ½-inch-thick patty. Sprinkle burgers with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill onion slices, covered, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
  3. Spread mustard on buns; serve burgers on buns with onion and arugula.

  • 1 organic russet potato, cut into wedges
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potato with oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; place on a rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  2. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until potato wedges are browned and tender.
