Ingredients

  • 2 sweet onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 lb London broil, trimmed
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Place onions in a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker. Top with steak, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, pepper, and rosemary.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until steak is tender.

  • 1½ cups wild rice
  • 2 Tbsp butter, divided
  • ½ tsp salt, divided
  • ½ tsp pepper, divided
  • 1½ lb asparagus, trimmed
  • ¼ cup water

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions; stir in 1 Tbsp butter and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper.
  2. Place asparagus in a microwave-safe dish with water; cover dish with plastic wrap, and vent one corner.
  3. Microwave at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender. Drain and stir in 1 Tbsp butter and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper.
