Chicken and Dill Souvlaki

Ingredients

  • ½ (22-oz) pkg frozen grilled and ready chicken breast strips
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 4 (3-oz) whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half crosswise
  • 1 (5.3-oz) carton whole milk plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Heat chicken according to package directions; cool. Toss together chicken, cucumber, onion, vinaigrette, lemon juice and dill in a medium bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Spoon chicken mixture on pitas. Top with yogurt.
