BBQ-Ranch Roast Beef Pitas
Frosty Red GrapesIngredients
- ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ lb thin deli sliced low sodium roast beef
- 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 (3-oz) whole wheat pita bread rounds, halved crosswise and split
Instructions
- Whisk together dressing and barbecue sauce in a small bowl.
- Stuff beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion into split pitas. Drizzle with barbecue-Ranch dressing.

- Wash grapes thoroughly; dry with paper towels, and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
