BBQ-Ranch Roast Beef Pitas

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ lb thin deli sliced low sodium roast beef
  • 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 (3-oz) whole wheat pita bread rounds, halved crosswise and split

Instructions

  1. Whisk together dressing and barbecue sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Stuff beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion into split pitas. Drizzle with barbecue-Ranch dressing.

  • 1 lb seedless red grapes, stemmed

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Wash grapes thoroughly; dry with paper towels, and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
