Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp ground coriander
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • 1½ lb flank steak, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 6 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated tzatziki dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. combine oil, cumin, coriander, and salt in a small bowl. Thread steak and onions onto metal or soaked bamboo skewers; brush with oil mixture.
  2. Grill, covered, 7 minutes or to desired doneness, turning occasionally. Serve tzatziki dip with kabobs.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup chopped English cucumber
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup olive oil vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
