Mediterranean Steak Kabobs

Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp ground coriander
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- 1½ lb flank steak, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 6 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated tzatziki dip
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. combine oil, cumin, coriander, and salt in a small bowl. Thread steak and onions onto metal or soaked bamboo skewers; brush with oil mixture.
- Grill, covered, 7 minutes or to desired doneness, turning occasionally. Serve tzatziki dip with kabobs.

- 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup chopped English cucumber
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ⅓ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
