Sheet Pan Spicy Chicken and Broccoli
Bibb Lettuce with Lime VinaigretteIngredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 (0.6-oz) envelope zesty Italian dressing mix
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together chicken, broccoli, dressing mix, butter, and red pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange lemon slices on a large parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet; pour chicken mixture over lemons, and spread in an even layer.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done; sprinkle with cheese.
