Ingredients
- 2½ lb skinless, bone in chicken breasts
- ¾ cup honey
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker. Combine honey and all remaining ingredients in a bowl; pour sauce over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours.
- Shred chicken, discarding bones; serve chicken with sauce over hot cooked rice.

- 2 cups long grain white rice
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; toss with oil and soy sauce.
