Meatball Banh Mi Sandwiches
Vietnamese Loaded Fries
Ingredients
- 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen meatballs
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 6 sub rolls, split and toasted
Instructions
- Bake meatballs according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, toss together coleslaw, carrots, cilantro, oil, and vinegar in a large bowl.
- Stir together mayonnaise and Sriracha. Spread mixture on cut side of rolls. Serve meatballs on rolls with coleslaw.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen French fries
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 to 3 Tbsp Sriracha
- ½ cup chopped salted peanuts
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook garlic in hot oil in a small skillet over medium heat 1 minute.
- Place fries on a large platter. Drizzle fries with garlic oil and hot sauce; top with nuts and cilantro.
