- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 4 tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
- 1 (5-oz) pkg spring mix
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 avocados, diced
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and basil; toss. Top with avocado and cheese.
