Honey-Glazed Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup less sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1½ tsp ginger paste
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Cook chicken, in batches, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
- Meanwhile, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Add all chicken, broccoli, and bell pepper to skillet. Pour honey mixture over chicken; cook 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) pkg soba noodles
- 2 green onions, chopped
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook soba noodles according to package directions. Toss with onions.
