Garlic and Herb Pork Chops with Potatoes and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp roasted garlic and herb seasoning
- ½ lb small red potatoes, quartered
- ½ lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- ¾ lb boneless pork chops
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a large rimmed baking sheet in oven while preheating.
- Whisk together oil and seasoning in a medium bowl. Add potatoes and green beans, tossing to coat. Carefully arrange vegetables on one half of hot pan. Arrange pork on other side of pan; brush seasoning mixture remaining in bowl on pork.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of pork reads 145°F.
