Sesame Pork, Broccoli, and Rice Bowls
Vegetable Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long grain white rice
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed, and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ cups sesame sauce
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions; set aside.
- Meanwhile, season pork with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until browned and done. Reduce heat to medium-low, and stir in sesame sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated.
- Meanwhile, steam broccoli according to package directions; add to skillet, and toss with pork and sauce. Serve over rice; sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- 1 (24.5-oz) pkg frozen vegetable egg rolls with dipping sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake 6 egg rolls according to package directions; serve with 1 Tbsp dipping sauce each.
