Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ (7.5-oz) container garlic and herb whipped cheese
  • ½ (5-oz) container spinach

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken until browned. Remove from skillet. Add gnocchi, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until toasted. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add broth; bring to a boil and cook until reduced by half. Add chicken; simmer 5 minutes. Add cheese, stirring until blended. Gradually add spinach until wilted. Stir in gnocchi.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (1-oz) slices French bread
  • ½ (3-oz) container garlic, Parmesan, and basil seasoned butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bread slices on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread seasoned butter over bread.
  2. Bake 10 minutes or until browned and crisp.
