Southwestern Turkey Pinwheels
Lime-Scented PineappleIngredients
- 2 Tbsp refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp refrigerated salsa
- 4 soft taco size whole wheat tortillas
- ½ lb sliced low sodium turkey breast
- 1 avocado, diced
- ¾ cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup guacamole
Instructions
- Combine dressing and salsa. Top tortillas with turkey, avocado, and cheese. Drizzle with dressing mixture.
- Roll up tortillas, and cut into 2-inch slices. Serve with guacamole.

- 2 cups cubed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

- Toss together pineapple and lime juice in a bowl.
