Ingredients
- ¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- ¼ cup pesto
- 8 (1-oz) slices whole grain bread
- ½ lb sliced roast beef
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise and pesto.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture over bread slices. Top 4 slices with roast beef, tomatoes, and spinach. Top with remaining 4 bread slices.
