Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium, add Alfredo sauce, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and chicken is done.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Add breadcrumbs and seasoning; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until breadcrumbs are toasted. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Sprinkle over chicken.

- 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated linguine
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (10-oz) container baby spinach
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss with oil in a large bowl. Add spinach, tossing to wilt. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Stir in cheese.
