Easy Chicken Nugget and Mac and Cheese Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen popcorn chicken
  • 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • 2 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated macaroni and cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken according to package directions; coarsely chop.
  2. Heat bacon in microwave according to package directions; coarsely chop.
  3. Heat macaroni and cheese according to package directions; stir in sour cream and mustard. Divide among 6 shallow bowls. Top with chicken, cheese, and bacon.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ cantaloupe, cut into cubes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss broccoli, oil, and garlic salt on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until crisp-tender and lightly browned. Toss with lemon zest.
  3. Serve melon on each plate.
