Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp honey mustard
  • 2 oz thin sliced less sodium honey ham
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Brush with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
  4. Brush chicken with honey mustard. Top with ham slices and cheese. Cook, covered, 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg refrigerated Parmesan and chive mashed cauliflower
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower according to package directions.
  2. Steam broccoli in a steamer basket over simmering water 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
