White Chocolate-Bourbon Mocha
Ingredients
- 1½ cups whole milk
- 2 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup freshly brewed strong coffee
- ½ cup bourbon
- Garnishes: whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Heat milk, chopped chocolate, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until simmering; reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, divide coffee and bourbon between 2 glasses.
- Transfer milk mixture to a high-speed blender; blend on high 30 seconds or until frothy. Pour milk mixture over coffee. Garnish, if desired.
