White Chocolate-Bourbon Mocha

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups whole milk
  • 2 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup freshly brewed strong coffee
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • Garnishes: whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Heat milk, chopped chocolate, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until simmering; reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, divide coffee and bourbon between 2 glasses.
  3. Transfer milk mixture to a high-speed blender; blend on high 30 seconds or until frothy. Pour milk mixture over coffee. Garnish, if desired.
