Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in hot vegetable and sesame oils in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Stir together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic; add to skillet with chicken.
  3. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is done; uncover and cook 3 minutes longer or until sauce is syrupy. Sprinkle with green onions.

  • 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil in bag basmati rice
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg microwavable stir fry vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Microwave rice according to package directions.
  2. Microwave vegetables according to package directions. Stir in sesame oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds; stir in rice, if desired.
