Sticky Honey-Soy Chicken Thighs
Basmati Rice and Sesame Stir-Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in hot vegetable and sesame oils in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes on each side.
- Stir together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic; add to skillet with chicken.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is done; uncover and cook 3 minutes longer or until sauce is syrupy. Sprinkle with green onions.

- 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil in bag basmati rice
- 2 (12-oz) pkg microwavable stir fry vegetables
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Side Dish Instructions
- Microwave rice according to package directions.
- Microwave vegetables according to package directions. Stir in sesame oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds; stir in rice, if desired.
