Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken drumsticks
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Sprinkle chicken with Ranch mix, salt, and pepper. Place chicken on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done, turning after 20 minutes. Serve with dressing.

- 2 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions
- Cook Texas toast according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, whisk together vinegar, oil, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add slaw, tossing to coat.
