Ingredients

  • 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub chicken with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Grill, covered, 7 to 8 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Serve with chicken.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and tender, stirring once.
