Chicken Cordon Bleu Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Texas toast
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg fresh flame grilled chicken breast strips
  • 2 (1-oz) slices deli honey ham
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise over one side of each bread slice. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
  2. Heat chicken according to package directions. Arrange chicken and ham over half of bread slices; cover with remaining bread slices, cheese side down.
  3. Spread softened butter over outsides of sandwiches. Cook sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
