Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree 
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Whisk together milk, pumpkin, syrup, pie spice, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in oats. Cover, and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.
  2. Divide oats among bowls; top with nuts, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
