Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans, cut in half
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen peppers and onion blend
- 1 (14-oz) pkg smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients and divide between two large foil-lined rimmed baking sheets; spread in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sausage is browned.
