Ingredients

  • 3 cups 1 percent low fat milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp chipotle chili powder 

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses to serve. Sprinkle with more cinnamon, if desired.
