Pot Roast Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
- 2 (15-oz) pkg Italian style beef roast au jus
- 2 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook roast according to package directions in microwave.
- Cook potatoes according to package directions; stir in garlic powder. Cook vegetables according to package directions.
- Break up roast into chunks; toss with vegetables and desired amount of au jus in a bowl. Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Spread potatoes over filling; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
