Buffalo Beef Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup Ranch dressing
- ½ cup diced celery
- 3 green onions, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup wing sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together beef, breadcrumbs, dressing, celery, green onions, garlic, and egg yolks in a large bowl until blended. Form mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place on a lightly greased wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring broth, wing sauce, and ketchup to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Add meatballs, and simmer 10 minutes longer or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
