Easy Blackened Shrimp
Pineapple-Coconut Rice and Black Beans

Ingredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined large raw shrimp
- ¼ cup blackened seasoning
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Coat shrimp with blackened seasoning.
- Melt butter with oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add shrimp. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are done. Serve with lime wedges.

- 1 (8-oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
