Ingredients

  • 2 lb peeled and deveined large raw shrimp
  • ¼ cup blackened seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Coat shrimp with blackened seasoning.
  2. Melt butter with oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add shrimp. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are done. Serve with lime wedges.

  • 1 (8-oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
