Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground sirloin
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (32-oz) carton less sodium beef broth
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with green peppers, celery, and onion
  • 1 (8-oz) pouch beef taco skillet sauce
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and garlic in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until  beef is browned and crumbly.
  2. Add broth, tomatoes, skillet sauce, and beans; bring to a simmer and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Stir crushed chips into soup. Serve soup with sour cream.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (6-oz) round bakery cornbread
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cornbread on a baking sheet; bake 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Cut into wedges.
  2. Combine butter and green onion; spread on cornbread. Serve with cornbread.
