Grilled Cheddar, Bacon and Avocado Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter, softened
- 12 slices sourdough bread
- 2 avocados, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thinly sliced Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
Instructions
- Spread butter over one side of each bread slice and place two slices in a skillet, buttered side down.
- Layer bread with avocado, cheese, and bacon.
- Top each sandwich with one slice of remaining bread, buttered side up.
- Grill over medium heat, flipping once, until golden brown and cheese is melted; remove and keep warm. Repeat process for remaining sandwiches.

- 1 (8-oz) bag kettle cooked potato chips
- 2 (16-oz) containers cantaloupe chunks
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve chips and melon on each plate.
